My kids had a great initial experience - staff was friendly, they weren't running behind, and it seemed like a wonderful small practice. After the cleaning, they had me look at X-rays and said everything was fine. Two months later, they called and asked when I was going to get one of my child's cavities filled. ??? I was never told about any cavities. I asked if they were sure they weren't confusing my child with someone else. They said no, it was definitely my child that had two cavities that needed filled and asked again when I wanted to get that scheduled. I said we'd take care of it later and immediately made an appointment with another dentist for a 2nd opinion. Low and behold...no cavities. After another visit to our new dentist, still no cavities. This might not seem to be a big deal - I realize people make mistakes- except they did the same thing to a family member and a co-worker. And what if I had put my child through drilling two teeth that didn't need drilled? I'm not sure what's going on in that office but I would not recommend.
Very caring dentist. The staff is great. They are working hard to fit my partial and with a smile. I highly recommend them.
